anyone played it aspyer did it again, and by that I mean lag spikes , multiplayer failer, game crashes , no 64 os support.
not dising world tour I like to play it , aspyers shitty [censored] port.
anyone eles have the same problems, has anyone had it work well, and its not my computer anyone who is thinking that because this computer plays crysis on high. you would think a simple music game would be able to run on it.

YEah. It works on my Vista 64 laptop, but it slows down and Crysis doesn't. It just has huge system requirements beyond what is recomeded. Living on a Prayer on guitar just was hell. It wasn't even in sync. DON"T BUY THIS!

Plays pretty well for me, does spike a little bit now and again but ive learned ways to fix that...
Firstly, if your only getting small lag now and again try forcing front row cam on in the asypr config xml file (in appdata)
Secondly, if you get more sever problems with lag then you can unlock all the songs in quickplay and always choose a tool song on your setlist (you can skip playing it) this forces the usage of the tool stage and is a lot less laggy.
I certainly wouldnt pay for the game given its bugs, hopefully patches will repair some of the damage and you have to take into account that the game was only launched before aspyr could get word out about some problems with the game. This is why the US release date is so far away still, hopefully when that comes around (september i heard last) the game will be in better shape.

True. If anything, I feel it is necessary to share my Xbox 360 expirience.
(Heh hem)
It sucked.

I don't see why people hate the 360. I have had zero problems with mine, even though my friend's cat knocked it off a ledge a couple times. I do have a beast computer, but when it comes to hardcore gaming I'm all about the console. I suppose it's because I'm sick of all the stupid a*sholes who play online with dial up on PC games. Makes the experience a pile of sh*t for the rest of us. Xbox Live is definitely my sanctuary, especially for Halo Wars (great game IMO) which is not available on PC. Yet.
Alright so now that I've gone way off topic, I'd have to agree that Aspyr (there's no e) sucks when it comes to porting games. They wrap it in an emulator that takes something upwards of an octo-core processor @5ghz coupled with 32gb RAM and like quad SLI with 4gb VRAM. Don't get the game for PC.

I'm cheap, which explains why I didn't like the 360.
I had the $200 version, No hard drive, no live. It's stupid how much microsoft will limit you for not having a hard drive. I mean, no halo 3 live coop because of it? I didn't want to continue to fork out cash for 360 parts, when the controler alone is $50, the games are $60, and the hard drives are $100 more than they should be. (They're laptop HD's, nothing more) Live is "only $50 or $60" a year, but that just adds in to the already high price of everything else. Oh, and 3 weeks in I got a red-ring after taking great care of it. It worked after that, but I said screw it and sold it.

mine works fine but the only games i play on it are guitar hero 2 and rockband 1.
because most games suck on it. its like every day, "OH MY GOD, there is a new game out! Its a new 1st person shooter! with nothing new to offer! Let's be dumbasses and buy it."
and thats why i dont like the xbox

I've had my Xbox for about two and a half years, and I've sent it in 5 individual times for red-rings. I keep it well ventilated with nominal storage and care. Fortunately, it hasn't red-ringed on me for about a year since the last time I turned it in.
Aside from that, I love that Xbox. I've had more fun playing on Xbox Live than I have on any other live community, and the game selection is amazing.
I'd also like to mention that every time I sent it in after the 2nd time, the box to ship it in arrived in 2 days, I sent it in, got it back in 2 more days with 2 free months of Xbox Live, and despite what I first believed, Microsoft's Tech Support is actually fairly good. Unless it's the off chance you are placed on the phone with an Indian.
