that usually doesn't work extremely well..... i have had it before. and usually it's easier to just guess-timate the bpm and then narrow into it until you know what it is using the feedback metronome.

yeah i know it said master of puppets tempo was 105 and im like wtf its like 220 but anyways this has been posted before

i have found if you cut the song into sections and examine each piece it is MORE accurate..... my $0.02

because it measures bpm but just gives a fixed value, and generally even bands that record to metronomes get a bit off-speed in some places, which makes the overall bpm rating this program comes up with wrong... usually.

Word. I tried this once, then deleted it. I think the most effective way of setting up BPM would be the Puppetz method of getting the beat on with the drums. I have yet to try that though.
