Looking back at the popularity of my School of Rock mod, I'm considering updating it for use in Guitar Zero 2. Any input is appreciated.

I vote yes even though I can't use GZ2 due to my guitar controller having issues configuring in GZ2.

tjandfriendsYou might use something like "GlovePie" to configure you Guitar Controller as keyboard input, though.

Well...I can use my Keyboard...but what's the point of that when I can play with my GH Guitar in GZ.

tjandfriendsYou're not really quick on the uptake. Using GlovePie you can use your Guitar with GZ2, even if GZ2 itself doesn't recognize it.

Oh, sorry. I tried Joy2Key back a while ago when this first came out and it didn't work. I just figured this was another program like that. I'll try it out later.

I used Joy2Key awhile back, i was able to make it work. PM me for further help, in the meantime, try to stay on topic.
And i support the mod btw, you really need to get it converted to the new GH clone. That would be awesome, not to mention if we can get the stages to work out, then we'll have the battle of the bands stage to go with it.

Well, I never seen it, because well, I just really started playing GZ, when GZ2 came out, since GZ1 wouldn't work for crap on my computer.
But I voted yes, simply because it doesn't hurt to have more mods.

Looks like there's been a unanimous decision on bringing an updated School of Rock to GZ2. I'll get right on that after I release my standard GZ2 menus.

Sorry I haven't had time to work on this guys. There's only so much time to balance between the website, art, and my non-GZ related activities. I'm afraid I'm going to have to drop this project because it won't get done for a very long time.
