I guess it must kinda suck programming a game and hearing nothing but what's going wrong with it, so I've decided to make a thread for everyone who'd having no problems whatsoever and enjoying the game.
I am one- the new updates work perfectly for me (I'm able to use the whammy now- awesome). I'm convinced it's syncing better to my original MIDI note layouts for older songs and playing more smoothly since beta 5; just generally everything's going great. Thanks, Callisto/

never had a problem with this game, always worked absolutely amazing for me. only had that one mysterious audio failure problem once, but that seemed to clear up on it's own after a computer restart O.o so thanks callisto for the great game! (you know you love the praise )

Without counting a few little errors ive had, which have been solved by simple fixes though, ive always been enjoying to play this game really much. Even though GZ is not yet so much feature-rich as FOF is at the moment, one thing is still much, much better in GZ, and that is the much smoother fretboard.. and thats the most important feature to achieve and retain in a Guitar game clone in my opinion.
Callisto deserves big praises!

Callisto deserves big praises! exactly, one of the things i most hate of fof is that laggy fretboard and gameplay in general, and if u run it in any resolution lower than 1024 x 768 it looks like sh*t, instead GZ runs lovely smooth + now its runing animated backgrounds i loved gz2 since the first beta and nothing would make me stop playing it.....(maybe a broken guitar <.< lol) i only miss some ingame stuff like note streak messages and note counter, but im pretty sure callisto will make that soon, and thats another cool thing about gz, callisto is always trying to make us happy

I definately echo what everybody is saying. I really have had no real problems since day one. There are always a few minor things here and there, but being able to always have been able to play the game is good enough. Everything else is just gravy!

I have never had any large problems with these betas, its really pretty incredible. Any minor issues I came across were dealt with quickly and callisto, you've always been very nice and understanding when it came to people reporting bugs, even if some jerks didn't always deserve it. You sir, are a wonderful individual. This is a fantastic game and I can't commend callisto enough on all the time and effort he's put into it! Thanks so much!

This game rocks! after finding out that guitar hero III needed a dual core processor to play, i started looking for alternatives and at first i found FoF, but no matter what i did (lowered every setting to its lowest) the fretboard still was jerky and would make you miss notes. then i discovered guitar zero and after one small problem (couldn't hear guitar track with chameleon combo card, switched to SBlive24 problem solved) i was hooked. great game, great community making great mods. Thanks Callisto (and everyone else who has helped)

I never had any problems with this game, other than getting it to work properly at first. But once I got over that hurdle everything worked AWESOME, I'll never go back to Guitar Hero/Rockband.

I have yet to get any of the new beta's to work with my computer. I haven't had a working version of the game since the very first private beta I had. However, thats because I'm on a terribly crappy laptop that can barely run windows itself. It's not near the games minimum requirements. When I set it up and played it on a friends computer, it ran flawlessly, with an easy install via a installer. I applied a gh2 mod with some of the old Gh stuff I had from gz1, and amazing. I felt like I was playing Gh2 all over again. Best feeling ever.
If I had a decent computer to run gz2, my real guitar would collect dust.
Untill then, major thanks callisto for your continuous work on the game.
(p.s. when stage support hits in, im selling my guitar to get a laptop capable of 3dmax)

This game is great! It made Activision [censored] in their pants! All hail Techno Viking and Callisto. May the power be with you so you can continue Frontmanning. =D
