I have GZ beta 6 update 3, and while single player works flawlessly, and multiplayer works great on "tapped" notes, multiplayer seems to "lurch" forward quickly and suddenly slow back to a normal pace when holding sustained notes...the game does this consistently.
Simply Wondering:
A. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
B. Is there any way to fix it, because while it still keeps the timing right, it gets really annoying!
Thanks In Advance!

lol just switch vsync on or off. fixes all problems and for most people it won't make any new problems. (that is in the config.xml)

gz Guy: Thanks for this info.! Nice to see I wasn't the only one having that problem! CJB100: Your tip worked great! Simply changing the "true" to "false" fixed the problem. Now both modes work great! Thanks Again!

no problem. i wasn't aware people didn't know that the vsync feature can make the game choppy.
the thing is as gz guy said, particles spawning takes a lot of processing, especially particles w/ alpha, which most do, and since the particles only spawn on long notes, the game slows down when long notes are hit. on top of that, multiplayer has 2 fretboards to deal with. vsync tries to keep the game from looking choppy, but can mess up your game if your pc stats aren't very high (by today's standards, which is like an insane amount of ram and video cards that cost a small fortune). if you switch it off, your game might be a little choppier, but fps stays pretty much constant, which leads to less lurches and causes the game to "keep from falling behind."
