i frickin stabbed myself in the arm yesterday, by accident of course, with a steak knife. went in about a inch and a half, hit an artery. was gushing out blood, called 911, went to the emergency room. doctor had to cut open the wound more to sew the artery back together, hurt like hell, i was awake.
i cant move my fingers right now because i have a deep wound to the muscle. damn doctor bill was $8,214 and i dont have insurance. heh, that bill is going on my credit, cant pay that.
anyways.. just saying my week is gonna suck bad, starting yesterday.

$8,214 like eight thousand dollars or 8 dollars 21,4cents? noen of those prizes make sense to me anyway, but i'll guess $8 214,00, which is an additional pain in the [censored]. got damn'it. that is a bad day, you poor guy.. i think the maximum amount for injurys in norway is about $200 per year, the the goverment pays the rest... but dentists, they are freekin' expensive. i've to pull out 4 teeth, and that is like $1000 each... fukin' dentists. it's free in sweden... anyways...get well. you'll need your arm for the new gz

Now I'm wondering why in the world would you need to have a steak knife close to your arm. Just kidding, but yeah I hope it heals fast so you can keep shredding! Also, will you have to go to rehab? Like physical rehab? I tore an ACL and I had to go every day, and it wasn't the greatest time.

im not sure yet if i need rehab. i was making a custom guitar controller out of a real guitar. i had drilled out a section of the wood for the strum kit, and the small piece of wood just wouldnt come out. so i grab the closest thing to try and pop it out. was a steak knife. i held the guitar base with my left hand and went to town with the right. it just slipped through the wood into my arm. (lots of force) i go back to the doctor in 5 more days, ill see what happens then. i can move my fingers, but i cut the muscle pretty bad, so i cant move them very well, very tight.
EDIT: sucks, is my fret hand.

i cut the neck in half to make room for the fret chip board , so the rubberbands are holding the neck in place til the wood filler dries, then im gonna install the button and glue the neck with some wood glue. ive got an actual pickup to go over the hot glued wires in that open space iin the pick guard.
EDIT: The guitar is a Fender Squire Strat i got from a pawn shop here in dallas for 15 bucks. not a bad deal at all.
