So really alot of setup code has gone on. I have setup the FMU framework with some opensource libraries to do some of the stuff that we want in the game. I have started working with SFML. This library makes it easier to do crossplatform support for creating windows, input handling, and network support out of the box. Other notable libraries include Open Asset Import library, for loading 3d models. Libav for loading and saving video files. TinyXml for xml support, Fmod support for audio { same audio engine used in rockfan } and finally NoesisGui library which isn't opensource, however will bring menu creation with ease; Something Rockfan really lacked. Because some of these libraries require the 'linking' project to be opensource as well The frontman unplugged framework will be opensource at first release. Other actions will be in place to assure that players profiles, and information is safe and secure. No worries, I will be talking about this more in future updates. Now I didn't take that many screen shots from he concept work this week, but expect to see more in the coming weeks. Those of you that are familar with the xbox360 should be able to recognize this so as you can see we still have a long ways to go. However not to worry, the tools and libraries I choose will increase productivity, and make it much easier to do the things we are looking for

Oh well thank you for the support. However it's really, really early to start co-developing right now, i'm still in the midst of wrapping the entire framework together so that I can start actually working on the game. I will do another development diary on sunday March 23th, to give a progress report of everything that has gone on for the last couple of weeks.
