Yo do not download Microsoft XNA Game Studio Express in order to play this game...s a seperate download for those who want to edit the .xnb. Can you provide a link to the download for everyone please? Also please state what is in the 1. download Just givin you some tips

well lol when i was noob i just followed the links they gave me..... a baamm XNA Game Studio was there lol i think it autodownloaded...... oh well ill look for the link or if any1 know it plz post it EDIT: lol now i remenber i got it from the mods for GS thread ill add the link to the first post

Q: The file you posted in no1, is a .htm file, not .spritefont file. i tried both, but the program doesn't seem to recognize any of those files.
I'm using VCS2005Express with XNA Game Studio 2.0. Didn't think that should be a problem, but i dunno..

a .htm file??? just click on the link and follow the instruction, do not right click/save as

Yeah, Opera wanted to save it as a .htm file dunno why. but i changed it's name to ComicFont.spritefont, but still no sucsess. I downloaded the file again with IE, and changed the font inside to the one i wanted, but kept the filename as ComicFont.spritefont. When i go to project/add existing item, the C#(XNA) prgram doesn't recognize the .spritefont file. i clic on view all files to select it, but after i build content, the file output=input=ComicFont.spritefont.
Maybe it's becase i'm using XNA Games Studio 2.0...
EDIT: Found another way to do it, but GS gave me a errormessage telling me that; "ComicFont.xnb" was compiled using the wrong version of the XNA Framework.

you have right click and go save taget as.. the click all files then change the .etc at the end to what ever you need it to be.

that's stupid. i justa wanted to keep the .spritefont as it already was. downloading XNA Game Studio Express 1.0 Refresh now @ 2,4kB/s. I'll let you now if that's the only problem in my case (which it probably is).
EDIT: I works now, just like you explained in the toturial. Had to uninstall XNA Game Studio Express 2.0 first and restart my computer though..

hehe, well. i'm at work (offshore) and connected trough a sattelitte. downspeed for me i average at 8kB/s if nobody else onboard is dl/surfing. this sucks, coz i'm payin' for a 16Mbit at home, but i'm only there 50% of my time, so it's quite a difference..

So, i decided to make a fontmap, and here it is: ComicFont.xnb - Setlist tier titles - Setlist song titles - Newspaper song title - Newspaper difficulty - Newspaper highscores - More stats details - Credits names
..but then i decided to give up. think the rest of the fonts are pretty obvious..
