Everything looks nice, except for one thing: the fretboard. That fretboard seems a bit too bright. I can barely see the yellow note when playing. Just darken it a bit and it will be fine. Also change font colors in the song selection screen for unselected items as the background makes it kind of hard to see the text.
Outside that, nicely done on everything else.

You could try to make a new fretboard and post it for us, and we would consider it for the game....

here's that dark fretboard you wanted oh, and i wanted to submit these flames for frontman also... they're not done yet, but they don't look like guitar hero or rockband, so here you go. normal starpower

We need new notes. That's GH2 notes. I hate it. I can't see the HOPO.

....so make new notes?
CB was planning to re-release stranxk's hex notes who based his on CJB's 2D drawings...but you'll probably hate those too.

Actually I was planning on releasing the notes I created which were based off stranxk's notes that were based off CJB's drawings...lol. Stranxk no longer has the original files so they're not available for editing in the changes I want, so I have to make my own.

Try running it at lower settings and see if it eases the problem, also i assume you have tried teh vsync and compatability mode tags in the config.xml?

And let's not forget changing the exe's priority back down to normal once it starts.

I'm pretty sure there is a lag between the controlling device (keyboard, guitar, etc) and the game. I've noticed this when playing many games with a wired 360 controller, both regular and guitar. I have a feeling it's due to an insufficient processor, or a lagging USB port. If you are using a USB device try using a USB port on the back of the computer if you're not doing so already.
I would also try updating the drivers for your controlling device. Old or insufficient 3rd party drivers may work just fine, but they may not be optimized for the device as they are usually general drivers that work for an array of devices, not specifically yours.

how to play this game with Keyboard? ?

Keyboard should work ''Out of the box'' for you in Frontman, even the keys are mapped for you. Frets are F1-F5, strums are either Back & Enter or Up & Down. You can change the keys in the Options -> Input menu.

The server on our homesite gave me full speed, nice! The default name of the player in config.xml could be "Player", not "KamikaziGrandpa" ^^ There's plenty of bandwidth to go around, so I have no limits on the server. Also, I forgot to change the name of the player back to "Player". KamikaziGrandpa is my Xbox Live gamertag lol. If I find anyone trying to impersonate me I'm gonna crack skulls, and make sure the perpetrator never comes around here again.

hey? in GZ the first one had a 3d stage and movede but now its a picture

That's because Frontman was not built off of the original Guitar Zero. 3d stages are already on the to-do list, though.
I've also noticed this, but it only seems to cause problems when I'm playing multiplayer with someone else, when all of the sudden I can't seem to gallop pick or tremolo pick properly anymore (like the game isn't capturing all of the strum events from my guitar)
